Is freeze-dried food healthy?

Yes! We do not add any preservatives, chemicals, or other additives to the food we freeze dry. The freeze drying process is healthier than high sodium-based canned food and dehydrated food. You get the most nutritional value of the food through freeze-drying than any other drying process.

What do freeze-dried fruit, candy, veggies, etc taste like?

The texture is completely different than most of the original product’s composition but the flavor stays the same. The fruit becomes light and fluffy to the taste while candy, like Skittles, takes out all the stickiness to the teeth and transforms into a crunchy treat.
